Harvest Festival Planning - 2025

  • Setup: Friday, Oct.31 9:00am to 4:00pm
  • Pre-event Briefing: Friday, Oct..31 at 5:30pm
  • Clean-up: Friday. Oct.31 at 8:45pm

  • Cost: Free (if we have a food component, we will charge for food)
  • Who's Invited?: Everyone. Please invite and bring friends and family and strangers.
  • Purpose: We are hoping to bless the believers and share the gospel with unbelievers.
  • Costumes: Costumes are welcome but not required. Please no witches, ghosts and scary costumes.
  • Background Check and Sexual Abuse Training: Everyone who will be interacting with kids at this event will need to be "Background Checked" and take our online "Sexual Abuse Training." Those under 18 will only need to take the training.

First Meeting: September 7

We meet for the first time to explain the event and wait on the Lord for direction.
